Upon Wings Performance & Stage Design
The staging area of Upon Wings anchored the space, giving a sense of gravity to the ethereal mesh architectural sculptures surrounding it.
Synchronised dance choreography by Andrey Fomin was performed across the three circular stages. Each stage contained a mechanism that enabled it to tilt and rotate during the performance. As the dancers moved between the stages, their vibrantly-coloured costumes added a graceful and dynamic presence to the environment.
The orchestra was positioned on an elevated balcony on top of the mesh architecture, complementing the overall classic impression of the space.
